Assistant Housekeeper

Job Specification

  • Must have 3-4 years experience as Assistant Executive Housekeeper
  • To follow rules and regulations of the Department and Hotel
  • Must have minimum of 3 years working experience in various international properties
  • Boutique or small luxury Hotel experience would also be advantageous.
  • Must have multi cultural experiences, exposed to a variety of different cultures / countries
  • Must have good knowledge of modern technologies applied within the rooms division area
  • Must have diplomatic leadership of a multinational crew serving a multinational clientele
  • Should have hotel or resort opening experience in either Assistant Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeper capacity
  • Must be able to succession plan to ensure department continuity and standards

 Guest Service Assistant

Job Specification

  • Responsible for the efficient provision of registration, cashiering and information function at the Front Office reception counter.
  • Deliver the Hotel's Basic standard and provide exceptional Guest service at all times.
  • Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships
  • Register hotel's guest in accordance with Front Office policies and procedures
  • Work closely with other Front Office personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and satisfaction of the hotel guest.
  • Ensure that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulation relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.

  • Discipline, self motivated with ability to work independently and work very closely with PR department for content and Graphic Designer for web design;
  • Knows about Hotel industry and online reservation system;
  • Creativity, dedication, flexibility and ability to think out of box is essential.

Job Specification

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Dreamweaver, HTML, PHP, Javascipt, CSS, MySQL database, PHP Reports programming, Manage Web Server Hosting, FTP and others.
  • Flash programming, Smartphone programming or apps will be additional advantages.
  • Required language(s): English & Chinese.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in hotel industry.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and good media networking skills.
